Mais uma preocupação pra galera que baixa legendas de séries e filmes. De acordo com a colunista Mônica Bergamo da Folha de S.Paulo, a Polícia Federal está se preparando para uma blitz contra os sites que disponibilizam esse "serviço" aqui no Brasil.
Os sites seriam acusados de produção de conteúdo pirata, que já que os textos contidos nas produções também são protegidos pelos direitos autorais.
Vale lembrar que em 2006 alguns sites, como o Lost Brasil, foram fechados pela Adepi, a Associação de Defesa da Propriedade Intelectual. Acabou que o caso não levou a nada e as legendas continuam sendo disponibilizadas livremente.
Bom, o jeito é esperar e ver no que vai dar.

Não tem nexo isso, a policia tem que cuidar de bandido e fazer LEGENDA ta longe de fazer qualquer bandidagem...
Mas enfim, essa é a nossa polícia maravilhosa.
O grande problema é que quem disponibiliza a legenda não cobra por ela, e não há uma lei específica pra isso. Como eles não vendem seria teoricamente a mesma coisa que um amigo emprestar um filme pra outro...
